Still Besties Since the Garden
This week, my best friend since kindergarten - Annabelle - came out on her spring break to visit me on Oahu. It was one of the best weeks of my life, and I loved getting to spend one-on-one time with her because we don't get very much of that since we live an ocean and continent apart. I had a blast being her tour guide of the island this week and especially loved getting to merge my two worlds together - my life here and the life I have with Annabelle.
We went to North Shore, drove through Kaneohe and Kailua, hiked to waterfalls, went to senior prom, swam a LOT in the ocean, and ate so many acai bowls. Living my best island life with my bestie :D
I love you so much Annabelle. I can't believe we've come so far and stuck together. I hope you know I will always be here for you, and I'm so excited for all God has in store for you - and us - this summer, during college, and beyond.

Spirit Week 2025
SPIRIT WEEK 2025... SENIORS TAKE THE WIN!! My class won the Mana Cup this year, and even amidst all the hard things that we went through to get it, I'm so glad for everything that happened. From the platform jam with 75 of us to the live concert to our Dora themed Pepper Squad Skit to the grade level cheers, to the homecoming games and dinner afterwards... all of it was amazing. My class came together, and I think we got closer too. This week I talked to more people in my class probably than I have all year; I made memories with people I haven't talked to since middle school and I had deeper conversations with people I'm just becoming friends with this year. I am so glad I had the chance to be with all these people. It is starting to hit me now as I realize that I am leaving this place - my school, my home for the last 5 years - soon. I'm going to miss all my classmates and friends. I have so much respect for most of them, and I wish I had more time to get to know them...
Senior Prom!
Senior prom was yesterday, and now it's starting to hit me how little time I have left. Like, less than 30 days of school left... I'm going to miss these people I've been with for the last 6 years so much. But I also had an amazing time being with the people I love the most at this prom and I'm so glad I was able to make more memories (and take these amazing pictures) with them. As of now, I'm currently not on any socials, so I don't have anywhere to post these pictures (other than this site of course), but I'm kind of glad. It takes the pressure off - the pressure to perform and be as pretty as everyone expects me to be - and I can just live in the moment. But lots of moments I felt last night (prom night) were moments that others were trying to capture to show to the world on their socials, and then there was me, one of the only people at my school who doesn't have social media. I had a great time just living, and while none of my friends would admit ...
2025 is Finally Here
2025 is finally here! I can't believe it. This is the year I have been waiting for ever since my class started going by "the Class of 2025". And it's here. I am going to graduate high school in 5 months. That's wild. But, I'm also so excited for what is in store. I'm so excited to live out the rest of my senior year with my friends, make more memories, and have the best time I can with them while we are all still together. While this chapter of my life as a high-schooler will be coming to a close in nearly 5 months, I am so excited for what is to come. I cannot wait for what 2025 holds: upcoming trips with my family to senior prom to summer camp counseling to being a freshman in college - I can't wait for all of it. God has so much in store, and I can't wait he will do this year.
