This spring break I got to go to Japan for my senior trip with my family. After studying the Japanese language and culture for three years, it was super special to be able to go and see the places I learned about and be able to speak and read so many things in a language I had been learning. This trip was my first time going to Asia, and just being there made me realize this world is so much bigger than I think it is; it was a good reminder of that for me.   I finished third quarter of senior year! Only 35 more days of school high school - thirty-five! Life has been moving so fast lately; I'm glad but also it's really starting to hit me that my life is going to be changing so much in a few months. I am working this summer at BGCC, and then in August I start as a freshman in the Honors Program at Montreat College. And I can't wait! But I'm already starting to mourn all the things I'm going to be losing here. But - like I keep saying and have said before - I cannot wait for all the things God has in store for me in what is to come.  These pictures sum up the things in my life recently - and yes, there are other things of course, but somethings I've decided I'd rather live in the moment for then be glued to my phone to capture it with.  These two pictures (#6 & 7) are some of my kids from work.
